Full Privacy Notice
Mxprarofit Crowdfunding S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Mxprarofit"), with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 222, Floor 18, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, ZIP 06600, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its regulations and INAI guidelines.
1. Personal data we collect
We collect full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, CURP, tax ID (RFC), INE government ID, proof of address, interbank CLABE and financial information required to comply with customer identification obligations under the Fintech Law and CNBV general regulations.
2. Purposes of processing
We use your data to (a) validate your identity and comply with KYC/AML duties; (b) onboard you into the crowdfunding platform; (c) process investment operations and yield payments; (d) issue tax certificates; (e) send you the Mxprarofit informational newsletter; (f) improve our products and digital experience.
3. Transfers
We may transfer your data to CNBV, SAT, UIF, judicial authorities, credit bureau, authorized independent trustees and technology providers operating under confidentiality contracts located in Mexico or in countries with an adequate level of protection.
4. ARCO Rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by sending a request to privacidad@mxprarofit.com. We have 20 business days to respond pursuant to the LFPDPPP.
5. Security measures
We apply administrative, physical and technical measures pursuant to NOM-151-SCFI-2016 and general regulations applicable to ITF: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication and annual audits by external firms.

This Privacy Notice may be updated; the current version will always be available at mxprarofit.com/en/privacy-policy. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
